Chateau Fontaine opened its tasting room in 2000, and gets some of the best reviews of any winery in northern Michigan. The Lake Leelanau winery produces Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, and red blends, among other wines.
